PASSEY. On January 9th 2010, William Cecil (Bill) passed away. Funeral Service to take place on Monday January 25th, 12 noon at St Marks Church, Cold Ash, followed by Committal Service at West Berkshire Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations if desired are to RDHC (which will be divided between the ICU and the West Room at Royal Berkshire Hospital) c/o Turner Brothers, 15 Hampton Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 6DB. Black clothes to be optional.
