PASSEY. On January 9th 2010, William Cecil (Bill) passed away at home, aged 77 years. Much loved husband to Mavis, father to Graham, John, Christine, Ian and the late Kenneth, grandfather and great grandfather. All enquiries c/o Turner Brothers, Newbury.
